I’m just an ordinary guy who finds solace on the water. For me, it’s therapeutic, and it brings to mind the saying, “Many go fishing all their lives without knowing that it is not fish they are after.” Nevertheless, I also engage in tournament fishing, with a primary focus on saltwater angling. I’m proud to have achieved first place at the Extreme Kayak Fishing Tournaments and the Sailfish Smack Down, as well as securing third place in the same event.

Since my medical retirement from the Army, I’ve been fortunate to discover a new sense of purpose, and I’m eagerly looking forward to sharing more of my passion through my association with the Hobie brand.
